Eyeliner
Eyeliner is clearly one of the most popular choices, possibly because it is one of the most difficult types of make-up to apply yourself. It's hard to create the perfect line -- just the right thickness, just the right length and, of course, perfectly straight. Poor eyesight or an unsteady hand makes the task even more difficult.
Permanent eyeliner can be applied as thinly or as thickly as you like. For a very subtle look, make-up can actually be applied so that your lashes appear thicker and darker, but with no evidence of a "line." Eyeliner can be applied on both upper and lower lash lines. An anesthetic is applied for comfort. After the procedure, a cold compress will reduce minimal swelling. The line will likely appear thicker and darker for a few days, but will gradually lighten.
Eyebrows
Many men and women have sparse eyebrows for a variety of reasons including medications, Alopecia and over-waxing or tweezing. Some feel self-conscious or less attractive. Permanent make-up is the ideal solution. It can create an appearance of brows where they never existed or fill in thin areas. Extremely light brows can be made to appear darker.
Brows often require one or two visits scheduled four to six weeks apart. A cold compress is used after the application to reduce minimal swelling. If brows are being filled in healing will take about one week. The application of full brows may take one to two weeks to heal. The brows will appear darker than the selected color for about five to seven days, but will lighten by approximately 50%. A few days after application, pencil or powder can be used.
