Lips
Lips can be permanently outlined or the full lip can be tinted. Outlining defines the lip line and helps prevent the bleeding of lipstick into fine line wrinkling around the mouth. Make-up is applied inside the "vermillion" or the white border that surrounds the lips for a natural appearance. Full lip tinting can range from healthy, natural coloring of a baby's lips to more intense shades. There's a vast range of choices.

The application of lip liner and full lipcolor requires two visits. The area is completely numbed so that you feel no discomfort during the procedure. For a few days afterward, your lips will appear chapped. Lipstick may be applied over it immediately.
